Default Anybody Fishing Lake Worth Texas for crappie?

I moved my boat to Lake Worth last month. It is a shallow lake compared to Joe Pool so I need to relearn how to fish. Does anybody fish this lake who would be willing to give me some tips on where to find them?

I will be fishing some of the time with Ketchin. He knows this lake well so I will be learning a lot from him. But he has a brutal work schedule right now so it's harder for him to get away for fishing trips of more than an hour or so. Plus he must keep mama happy on the weekends.

So I will appreciate any tips from anybody that fishes Lake Worth.

THE WATER TEMPS there bro , what the you know what ? it is colder in there than any of the other area lakes that are lots bigger and deeper ?
not sure what is going on over there , visited a week ago and it was 50 according to the guy bass fishing and he said that was the warmest water in the lake ?
then he went on to say his livescoope did NOT show a single fish up under that dock?
not sure where they are in there right now , he also went on to say he saw herds of drum in schools that defied imagination ?
with the current warm weather it should get lots better soon , one thing for certain there .....
it will break lose in a bit and give them big ole fatties up .....

ps , be doing lots of peeking up under some of those docks in there , pretty sure in one of those many coves ,under one of those docks ,there is likely a herd of prespawn slabs staged up under it , might try the coves down by the dam on the northside away from the runway .
some of those probably have some big black crappie under them .
will try to go next week with ya , the farm and work and etc are keeping me slowed way down from chasing fish lately.
monday is out as i have to drive about 5 hours on a farm thing , tuesday is a possible thing maybe kinda sorta , it could happen thing .
heck I got to go to the school theatre TWO nights in row last week for plays and the list goes on ....
