G Juice will help stop bleeding in a deep-hooked crappie. My tourney partner and I buy it in 1/2 gallon containers. Lots of times when pulling cranks, the hooks will be tangled up in the gills or back of the tongue. We cut the hook off at the eyelet and the bends of the hook to try to remove.
We’ve weighed in lots of crappie that would have been dead if not for the G Juice stopping bleeding.
