Default Plastic baits were hot today!!!! great pics

What an awesome day on the water today. I was using mostly the paddletail grub in the blue/silver flake. Took a while to find the fish today but then ya did, it was fishon for about dozen or two at a time. :D

Here is a sweet river smallie.

Here is a nice double crappie, one on a paddletail and one on a rib grub.

Even the gills were hammering the paddletail grubs, this one came to a change of color.

And then, looky what I found under a tree up in about foot of water.

So, all in all, had to hunt down the fish, but when all the factors come together, there were plenty of fishies, hungry and eager to feed.

thank you very much guys. It was so fun out there on Monday, I ended up going back out Tuesday for more. :D

My fishing buddy backed out at the last minute yesterday, so I ended up sharing the fun with noone. Had the river all to myself, didn't even see another fisherman from 9a-2p while I was out. It was awesome, got tons of new pictures to go thru. A better reports will be coming soon in the next few days.

Got to work the rest of the week. BLAH!
