    Default Acc crappie stixx

Guys i have 8 of these rods. 6 trolling rods 16ft, 2 11, and 2 7ft6in I知 having a lot of trouble breaking tip sections on hook sets. Broke one of the short ones yesterday trying to shoot docks. This makes my 4th broke tip since ive had them. Anybody had similar problems. Acc is always quick to get me a replacement but I知 about sick of having a repeated problem

I'm planning on getting one very soon. Watching this with interest. Four broken tips is not good.

I have about 10 of them from 7'6" to 13'. I don't shoot docks but sling all my fish and have never broke a tip in the 3 years I've had them. I've sold about 30 of them locally and only know of three of them braking, 2 due to accidents by the owners. I catch a lot of wipers up to about 25" without any issue. They do have great customer service when needed though.

I have seen several others with similar experiences to yours on other groups that I read in.

I just sold all my BnM to go to ACC. Only have 2 so far, 10 & 11 ft and have not had issues yet. This is one of the reasons I went away from BnM..

I have 2 a 6'6" and a 7' that I shoot docks with. They not high mileage yet. I have not had any trouble out of them yet. They will zip a jig under a dock with some authority.

I only have 1 acc it's a 10' jigging rod. I love it and use it more than any other jigging pole I have. It's light, sensitive, and has plenty of backbone for swinging them in the boat. It broke at the 3rd eye from the top setting the hook on a fish. I emailed them about buying a new top section and had a new one at my front door in a couple of days free of charge. It's a couple of years old now.
