A little off topic but still Crappie related

some dogs do really well on boats some not so much .
one has to remember this though, potty breaks, water when its hot and shade and in the end less time to concentrate on the fish .
not trying to say don't do it by any means , just keep in mind the next level of complex a dog in the mix could be .
used to hit the lake with a bud who had a great mixed breed boat dog about that size .
he was a great third "person" for the most part ,minded his own business and stayed out of the way and was very well behaved .
they sometimes get a bit on the this is MY BOAT side of things though and get a bit on the you are not allowed on MY boat
i had to bring dog biscuits with me the first few times to avoid his not wanting to share his boat ride with me ....just saying ....

he has the eager to please look on his face and that is always a plus with a 4 legger

The kennels come in handy for the younger ones and also when we are putting out jugs and there is a lot of hooks out.
