Look at the Todd Huckabee line I have a 11' pulling rod and it's like a broom stick but it's very sensitive you can easily land a crappie over 2 pounds without a net.
I'm brand new to the site and impressed so far with all the content. Very great forums!
I have gathered some valuable info for crappie fishing in my home state of Wisconsin, but for now I am actually looking for a stout rod in the 10-12' length that has the backbone to stick the hooks into a walleye or simply stout enough to pull in a larger game fish and not be too wimpy. A Fast or Extra Fast action would be best, but I have minimal experience with these exceptionally long crappie rods in the market.
I just ordered and received a 10' Jenko Hypersense rod for crappie fishing. While I think I will like it for crappie jigging, it will no way have the backbone to stick a larger fish for my other purpose.
So, are there any rods out there that may work for my request? These rods don't necessarily have to be the top of the line models. They just need to have to be Fast to Extra Fast and have backbone.
Thank you in advance.

ACCCRAPPIESTIX 12 footer.
Med action with fast tip.
Also Kevin Rogers 10-13 footers.
Same action to stick the fish but may have to net anything over 3 lbs.
both great rods.

Fishing for Walleyes on a RAFT (Wolf River) - YouTube
Here is a 6 minute video of one usage I'm considering (it's not my video). I want to substitute cane poles for stiffer crappie rods that offer the length. In hindsight of my initial post, I don't necessarily need Extra Fast for this application, just something with the firmness to move fish as you can see in the video with cane poles.
It's a huge tradition up here in spring for walleyes for the raft fishermen. Cane poles are typically 1 piece and too long for boat fisherman who travels to the river. I've seen some 2-piece canes or telescopic, but the telescopic tend to be telephone poles and too heavy for my liking. I think the right crappie rod could be the ticket for a guy who boat fishes without a raft.
I have stealhead rods, but I think their too soft an action ironically despite being even bigger than walleye.
... or how about a telescopic fiberglass pole?

Huckabee, Kevin Rogers or Pro angler. Huckabee is the stoutest. The weight wears on me at time and I find myself using my Kevin rogers a lot. Pro angler I used for years and still use their 6.5 for casting.
