I see he’s a sponsor here. Glad he’s still above the grass. I met him a long time ago when he was a guest speaker at the Beaumont Bass Club back in the early 70’s. He had just started making his Do-nothing jig heads and about 4” worms I think he called sliders. They we one of, if not the first, Bass lures for finesse fishing. Most of us including me bought some that night. They did work! I still have a few in my oldies stuff from back then. Since he’s a sponsor I guess it’s ok to say he knows what he’s doing. I looked at his site and what I saw looks like he’s still making good stuff.

I fish 7 days a week; some days for fish, everyday for men.
I just started using the crappie Sliders dedicated a month or so ago. Been buying up Slider jig heads to strip their paint and powder coat with my custom colors. Our Crappie migrate out of the main rivers to creeks when the salinity rises not collecting on the sunken wood. I've found first off, They catch Crappie and cover a lot of water, second their plastics are more durable than most others.

Great product for crappie and a lot of color choices. The current crappie slider is very durable but I do miss the softer version. I’ll dig some old inventory out when the temps drop and use them exclusively in the winter months. The softer version had better tail action in the cold water. Just my .02 but still a great design n product that catches a lot of fish.
