Well Slab said “post, post, post. And lots of pics.” so until I get on the water again here’s a few from the shop y’all might get some ideas from.
I made the frame from an old waterbed frame and scraps I had laying around. I only had to buy the sheet of pegboard. There’s a caster under the door to keep the weight from loosening the hinges.
This is the accumulation of years plus inherited lures. There’s a few more boxes in the boat. And another half dozen or so rods in the boat not counting crappie rods.
This is the wall of shame. Lots of old school stuff on the wall behind the rods. If anyone is interested in anything just ask and I’ll get closer pics for you.

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
I don’t know why the upside down ones are still there. I cut them when they came out that way and edited them on my phone and put them back on right side up. Even previewed post but now they’re back. ????

I'm going to show this to my wife just so she knows how much restraint I'm showing compared to others!
That is some collection!
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.
Like I said, some belonged to my dad and father in law, ( 2 different people by the way), some prizes, and then garage sale finds. Once we stopped at a church garage sale and they had a 48 qt igloo plumb full of soft plastics. I asked how much and he said $10. Tithing works!

In the early days of tournaments sponsors gave money, but later only goods or discounts on merchandise. The only one I ever had, or maybe had was Whataburger. I was on my way to a tournament and stopped for a burger and fries and they gave me free catsup. That’s merchandise, right?

I kid about my wife but she’s never complained about my fishing or hunting trips or tackle addiction. I’m truly blessed
A few years back I’d placed a fairly large order and was checking the items and thought they’d messed it up. It was almost time for them to close on a Friday so I hurriedly called them before they closed for the weekend to get it straightened out. While on the phone with the lady in customer service I found I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong models on a few items and the order was correct. I told her it was my fault and was in a hurry checking it because ups usually delivered around noon but today it didn’t arrive till 3:45 and my wife got off at 4:00 and I needed to check it and hide it before she got home!
I could hear her trying to remain professional and stifle laughing even over the phone. She finally couldn’t help herself and let go, even snorting somewhat. She said I’d made her day when she was finally able.
