    WOW , never seen a crankbait red ear , that is a trophy on the capture method and at 12.25 it is also a whopper of a sunfish .
    very nice and congrats to the lucky angler

    VERY interesting you ketch them on crankbaits , never thought a red ear would be among those up in the water column chasing passer by bait fish .....learn something new all the time

    I mainly target points and other current breaks. Both of the Redears pictured came off extended points along ledges in 15-20 feet of water.
