Here we worked hard to build hundreds of brushpiles at our expense when many refused to help . Several have went past both sides marking what they see us fishing . Some even get there before daylight next morning to beat us there . I think that is pure BS . They don't see it that way . We even quit using marker bouys while fishing as they are trouble to pick up . But worst part is they attract to low lifes wanting where your catching fish . We had one local that refused to help said I'll put my own out . We moved those everytime we saw him fishing one after he left .

I have it happen any time I am fishing any kind of structure. Had boats Idle or troll by and tell you were just looking to see what you were fishing over. It is just what we must live with due to modern technology

A material does not show up to fishfinders may help some. Yet they can still mark the fish themselves.

I have not found anything side image or livescope won't show . Kinda stinks when someone goes past turns around and scans the otherside of you too . Before I quit using marker bouys one idiot drove circles on top of my bouy . I used to build cover in long lines every 50 to 75 feet we called milk runs . Then guys start on one end and we got on middle one and they got pissed .Some milk runs were long with 6 or more piles every 50 to 75 feet . They forgot we built them . Can't fish but one at a time .

I am certainly no good at using the side scan unit I have. When it comes to shooting docks. I usually remember with ones are the most productive

I can't say I haven't idled by and looked into the blow downs folks were fishing right on the main channel. It was only curiosity. Those sets of blow downs always have boats on them day and night. Everyone knows where they are at

When that happens to me I just bite my tongue and say to myself “ they are lucky I’m not still in my 30’s”
Been a while ago but I have asked, “ do you guys just want to fish in my boat?”
Now days at almost 67 (next week) the last thing I want in my life is drama or conflicts of any kind.
Things that used to bother me years ago just roll off my back. I guess that comes with age.

Why not mark them on your map ? I have hundreds of spots on several lakes I fish . Our stakebeds which produce good we change the map symbol . Helps while fishing to see where we been that day to know which we have already fished that day . Clear out tracks each trip and these little tips helps as we have a big Humminbird right next to 12'' Garmin livescope . Humminbird with maps run split screen with map on each side . One set on 10' and other on 100' to make finfding out spots fast and effiecently .
