They had me with the words air conditioning. Looks like a man could live on that boat. Which would be a great feature considering it's purchase would cause a divorce for sure.

One heck of a boat, just pulling your chain!
Good luck with the pontoon. When I go that route, I will probably consider going small, like a "Bass Buggy" or similar, for ease of handling in my older years. I believe all that space could get addicting! Sounds like a fun project.

I figure when I take out the pontoon I well make sure I have help. I will take the Tracker if it is just me

I would like to find a houseboat in the future. Something that I could rebuild. Hopefully find one I could break even on when it is time to part with it. I have yet to make that math work out
