Unfortunately, I just transferred the bulk of my fortune to a Nigerian prince who emailed me to request a loan. He seemed honest enough. What could go wrong?

In the meantime, maybe pass out something similar in value to a car. How about some signed pics of a shirtless Billbob?

graphite, can no doubt handle a larger fish should you run into one. I’ve had and fished mine for about 2 years and I’ve had ZERO issues. It flat out does it’s job. The ONLY negative I can say about it, is that it doesn’t have a hook keeper at the base of the grip. That’s it. For $60 I haven’t found a better rod. They make it in 6’6” too. I recommend light/fast for crappie.

    Hello Green
i did get the Bass Pro shops micro lite rod today, i will say your approval was surpassed, great rod.. i had this idea in mind to try a bunch of 6 1/2 foot rods for crappie, i have a feeling this might be the one or second in my opinion. i have 4 or 5 of them so far, maybe one more either the Denali or the Dobyn's

I have 3 of the bass pro rods in light/fast 6'6". I mostly use them tight lining off of docks but have also used them casting 1/16th road runners and they do well with those. I have to agree for the money they are the best I've found.

Keep at it. I did say collectively. 1000 between the 5 rods would have been only 200 a piece. If you ever fished Lake Wylie NC/SC in what I personally saw as its heyday 2009-2014ish, at night, you'd understand. Lots of fish and big fish. I wish I'd have kept a journal back then (I still dont), we used to hurt them.
