    I would like to see anyone consistently swing 1-1/2lb Crappie in the boat from 17-20ft of water using 1/32 jigs with #6 hooks without loosing as much as they boat. Sling away, just get it on film. I'm up to for the education, lol.

    With long poles a net is a must in my opinion

    I like the idea and combining it with an extension pole from Lowes sounds like the ticket for me. Thanks for the tip on the resin and how you attached the net to the pole. That will come in handy.

    Only remaining question for me is related to floatation.
    Anyone ever use expanding foam for flotation?
