Like fried onion? My wife's away vacationing so I'm cooking red neck farm boy style.

A little-lot of butter to get a nice brown on the onion slices and moved them to the edge of the pan, put in the thin slices of pheasant breast browned it, and the last five minutes mix it all together simmer on low.
And some raw fried taters on the side, seasoned everything with someName: image.jpeg

Fried quick and hot are good, carmelized sweet onions low and slow with lots of butter and kosher salt......MMMM GOOD!!!

Sweet onions, thin sliced, soaked in buttermilk for 1/2 hour, then drained, floured and deep fried, piled high over a thick burger.....near Heaven on a bun!

Fried onions are good no matter how you do them!

Yep. Cook them on the blackstone right next to the burgers. Ill also caramelize them really well and make grilled cheese sandwiches with them and some bacon.
