    thanks for the info on the trout area , the lady at the entrance reiterated what you told me , i bet a fella could hammer if he went in at first light , sadly i got there at lunch time with a full deck in my truck ,we mostly hiked around and of course looked at the hatchery , the man next to me at the river managed to ketcha 19 inch trout on some kind of gulp bait

    we will likely go visit there again , it was a splendid place to hang around , hopefully if we do , i can get a bit more time to target the fish , with the family and the different agendas involved one often has to be a tourist in these situations , will likely wear a different camo though with a KABOOM on the ballcap as well

    we got lots of walking sticks here in Texas , some are green and some are brown , but never seen a painted one until we hit Arkansas
