    99% of the time I add the action, so the most action packed jig I throw would be a marabou tail jig. Very seldom do I just cast and retrieve, but when I do this I use a 2" grub or the big bite baits swimming crappie minnr.

    Back in the day lindy made a jig called the quiver jig. The tail was made from nylon fibers i believe

    JakesDad ... seeing how you bank fish alot I suggest you try a tube jig under a bobber. Great action setup and very deadly in shallower water....
