I like the little mounted light buddy, good job. Surprised you don’t have a solar panel running it though

I will try to find the light extension apparatus photos from 40 years ago we made for crappie at night on lake fork when it opened up .
it held 3 or 4 old school head lights above the water at about 6 foot away from the boat .
it was all aluminum as well .
200 to 300 crappie a night with.... wait for it ,,,,,,rod stewart all cranked up in the dark ....
yes we experimented with loud rock and roll in the dark and it became clear that rod stewart was best with the lights on at night
brought back some fond memories when you said it was aluminum

I originally started hanging Coleman white gas lanterns from the under sides of the bridges. That worked awesome. Something about that color of light

Had enough moonlight I could have probably pulled it off.

Not the first misquitoe bite. Only saw 2 mayflies land by the light. I am thinking of finding a pontoon this winter and turning it in a lighted bridge stalker. Load up some kids, neices, and nephews, a tank of minnows and go after them

I’m gonna get back to Dayton this year. After Florida and before Italy.
Probably middle of September to late October. I will definitely let you know when I land at Bluewater.
    Love that place!!

I saw that episode when Richard rigged his light. I love the down-to-earth ingenuity and simplicity of his whole approach to fishin'.
Nice job on the light brother... that'll work right there for sure... and that's all they are to it right there.
