That's what's called putting that work in..... And the payoff is tremendous.....

I make mine to produce lots of fish , some will say only smaller fish will get in it , this is fact sometimes , but with fall close , in a month or 2 it will be full of slabs

Time to put that condo in your favorite spot. Best thing is you did not need a "Builder's permit" from City Hall" to do it either.

sometimes I top them if they are taller than the water depth, never trim anything else , its already flat full of ambush locations , leaves stay on a month or more depending on a few factors ,seen some with brown leaves 2 months or more later
