    Default Throw back Thursday

Found a Penn Greenie 714 ultra sport hiding in and antique/junk shop case. It had to follow me home. Build here in the good old US of A in the 50's. I didn't have to heart to leave it there in that dusty case. It is back on a rod, spooled with Viscous Hi vis mono and ready to go catch some fish again.

Very nice clean up job, DSJ! The case looks brand new - love that color that was popular at the time. Goes with a 55 T-Bird! No doubt built like a tank!

It is an eye catching color. Not much cleanup needed. Just a soft cloth and a little reel oil. Still had the original Penn grease inside. Thoug it kind of odd to find it in small town Tennessee.
