Have you tried bending a 90 in the wires before pouring. That should give the lead something to bite on.

I did that and there are still some wires as loose as a bum’s bum tooth. It does help, but leaves me wanting. I discuss what I have been doing, and what I am gonna be doing in the jig making section. Appreciate the advice.
