Got the chance to test the new Trident 13' 3 piece Huckabee jig pole by Power Crappie . It worked flawless and swung 46 legal fish and kept a limit 12 to 15'' Crappie . I was chasing open water fish using live scope flipping 1/8 insert jig heads rigged with Southern Pro Umbrella tubes in purple /chartreuse . They were biting mostly on the light side . Just for kicks I tore the messed up tube off and pitched the unpainted jig head . Missed several and caught 5 in last hour . It was hot but also got a chance to try the light weight hoodie by Power Crappie and it was comfortable .

Hook with no bait doesn’t surprise me from Nimrod, I keep waiting for you to post that you’ve found a way to catch them without the hook!

    You are dialed in!

Any difference from the Phantom 13’ other than being three piece?

Not that I noticed. I think it is about the same just easier to store if you break it down . If you like light weight hoodies this new one was really not hot yesterday. Wore it instead of my usual Columbia fishing shirt
