    Default Small Center Console boat

I'm on the lookout for a boat to crappie fish from. I fish by myself 90% of the time so a 15-17 footer would fit my needs. I was looking at a aluminum bass boat like a Tracker, Lowes etc. but I think a small center console might fit the bill better. I would need a seat up front because I run Livescope. For me a center console has move room to move around and no carpet. Any here fish out of a small center console boat or a skiff. If so I do you like it and what is some of the disadvantages.

I would love to find a clean 16ft Bluewave to fish from. I have buddy who has aluminum Tracker center console and it fishes great.

Its a little bigger but I fish and hunt out of a Tracker Grizzly 1860cc. I absolutely love it. Plenty of room to get around the console and plenty of open deck space.

I have an Alweld 1756 Marsh-VV CC, which is a 17' mod-v center console. I run LS up front on a FS pole mount.

I have my first center console, a 17’ Carolina skiff. It’s ok but I like the side console better.

Check out the Excel Bay Pro 183. Great performance with less outboard, tons of storage, built like a tank.
