Ah, I had forgotten that his Momma is Miss Judy! She runs Boyette's Resort there on Reelfoot - cabins are nothing fancy, but will meet your needs. We used to go there annually for about 15 years. I haven't been there in about 15 years. Great video - thanks for sharing.

I never knew about rolling the skin on the ribs to get by the top of them. Did it by accident, but didn't know it would tear away cleanly like that and leave the little bones. Didn't know people tore it on purpose like that. Looks like it makes it so much easier. Learn sumtin new every day.
