But the local specialist refered it back to the V.A. who sent it to a specialist in Kansas City, Kansas. I found out about the K.C.Ks. Dr. today when they called. I can hardly walk now, and have nearly fallen a few times already. Thank goodness for having a cane. Needing some strength to get through this. The repair on the knee should be a piece of cake. Just don't know about the ankle...
You are in my prayers for a complete healing in the name of Jesus my friend.

Prayers for you Eric. I am having 2 procedures on my neck in 2 weeks to see if I can get some pain relief and then two on my back.

Prayers for you as well BuckeyeCrappie. For sure understand the need from Pain relief. No matter the amount of pain, Life does not stop till we take our last breath. I had to go get momma where she parks her big truck,( 18 wheeler), and on the way home the steering wheel started jumping back and forth. Stopped and checked the wheels, and right front hub was extremely hot to the touch. Let it cool and went on to the house about 5 more miles. Hurt as I am, I had to check it out. Thankfully it wasn't the bearings, but the caliper locked up. The jeep never pulled when braking or nothing. So I ordered the caliper, break pads and a new break line. Next two weeks calls for rain. Which brings it's own pain and suffering. Praying for you my friend.
