Nice jig K- Can be easily made with needle(I like a larger one)/thread(looped nylon too)/feather/marabou of choice...made many. Can also use a doubled piece of wire to form a loop, insert feather of choice in the loop, stick ends of wire through plastic body and pull through = easy/peasy

    Awesome idea
Awe yes the modular multiplying factor. 10 jigs = 100 combinations, 12 jigs = 144 combinations and so on.

I like this conception, as not all of us are into making our own jigs, nor have the materials to do so. Pie Guy, this is a great idea. You should patent it, before the idea is stolen from you.

Patents are a real sore subject. I was granted a patent on this and a banding tool in 2000. Took my hard work and investment to the I Cast in Las Vegas to show my stuff. About a year later I started seeing the banding tools
on the internet marketed by different people all claiming to have invented it. Not one of them had a patent. Does the Wacky Tool ring a bell. I was just a nobody carpenter trying to raise a family and was taped out financially.
Patents are for deep pockets. I just had to walk away. I am still a positive guy who loves to create, fish and share with like minded people.

I received a box myself and they’re just as cool as stated so far. The possibilities are seemingly endless. I’m sure they’ll work very well and I’ll post more about them once I get them wet.

patents are a waste of time in this world we live in , if its really special the Chinese will copy it to spec and some Americans are the same way . a friend of mine spent many years developing the absolute BEST waterproofing chemical blend imaginable and even though he had it patented ,he knew someone would copy it once word got out .
he is a wise man though and sold the patent to some deep pockets and walked away smiling . so many of the people he talked with about marketing wanted the formula , most cited the reason as the label and safety and etc . , but we both knew the real agenda ,as we chatted frequently about what he should and or shouldn't do with it .
