    Yes either or, to fillet on. With the workmate I have a board to put on it, it's actually the piece left when they cut the hole out of countertops for the sink, works great!

    No hose needed for blood have bucket for the fish, one for guts and one for water, easy peesy!

    I couldn't live with myself if I killed one with a bat. I always just cut the tail off and release them.

    I have started to clean winter caught crappie that have been on ice all night move their gills when placed on the cutting board.
    The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along

    I can't be bad by cutting the fish !!!!! I'll just throw him on ice and freeze him slowly.

    You might want to look up ikejimi which shows how to dispatch fish quickly and as painlessly as possible.
