    Default Southern Crappie Rods

There are no better people to do business with. I ordered some rods screwed up the order and they made it right. Sent me the correct rods and didn’t even wait until he received the ones I sent back before he shipped mine. If the rods are 1/2 as good as the service they will be as good as you can get.

Just whoever decided where to put the last guide on the butt piece oughta be ashamed. Take one apart and try to store it. Doesn't want to break into 2 equal pieces.

Ed Duke is one of the nicest guys in the fishing tackle industry. His rods are second to nobody. We’ve caught fish up to 60 pound Bighead carp on them. Tough as nails!

To clarify....the top guide on the butt section is too far down. When you break them down and fold them there is too much variation to secure properly. Hard to explain but could be improved with guide relocation.

M R Dux,,,ya got me beat! I’ve caught several flatheads up to 35lbs and yet to break a rod. Really sweet rods to use.

Can you see how this guide placement or lack thereof can be trouble?Name: 0526211412.jpg

If you try to pack them broken down the top piece has all that slack line to allow it to move down to where the tip extends way past the butt which can allow the tip to be damaged. Not everyone leaves theirs in a rack.

Why not take it up with Ed instead of on a public forum?
