Most of the guys using the cheap knives don’t clean limits of fish two or more times a weekend. Us retired guys fish three or more days a week and would burn thru those knives quickly. As often as I clean fish I’d burn thru them every week. I’m glad I can afford a good one. Would be aggravating having my knife quit and I still had ten fish left to clean.
