    I would support a lower limit. I wouldn't be heartbroken if the state lowered the limit here to 20. I rarely keep more than about 15 anyway.
    That would address the guide issue brought up.

    I was thinking that the size and possessed limit on fish was controlled and set by taking samples from lakes populations. And was set by scientific methods rather than emotions.

    This is only for tournament fishing not overall bag limits.

    Like others have implied, reducing the weigh in limit from 7 to 5 will have zero effect on number of fish caught, only the number "On Display". Perhaps what they are really after is to simplify the weigh in, other than that, I see nothing worthy of getting your underwear in a wad.

    If they wanna do something really meaningful for tournaments....then ban Live Scope/Live View/Mega Live.

    If they wanna do something really meaningful for tournaments....then ban Live Scope/Live View/Mega Live. Boats, motors, fishing rods, metal hooks.........SMH
