You talking about like Jiffy Jigs, Rickie ?? Or maybe like the Lindy Fuzzy Grub ??

Jiffy Jigs | Crappie Lure | Handmade Jigs | Fishing Lures ....... Lindy Fuzz-E Grub Jigs

Didn't Snake River & Shipahoy41 make a similar jig at one time ?? "Jelly Jig" or "Jilly Jelly Jig" BUT .... I think those were back around 2011 & Shipahoy just showed how to DIY them. ( https://www.crappie.com/crappie/jig-...-photos-4.html )

I've got some...but don't remember who made them. I'll look in a bit.

These are Lindy Fuzzy-E-Grubs...or a copy. Is this what you're looking for?

Sugar Bugs are very similar to Jiffy jigs, made in GA. I like to use them for dock-shooting crappie instead of my hand-ties, because I snag and lose a lot, and they are cheap. The plastic body seems to help them skip farther, too, and doesn't slip down on the hook like a plastic does. There is one quality issue with both brands: they often have a small gap in the hook eye that a loop knot will slip out of, especially with real small diameter lines.
