Ordered 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64 with Sickle hook, and 1/16 with 2/0 hook. Limits Tackles provides great quality jigs at a good price fast service.

Already tried out the 1/16 with 2/0 hook with this result.

Size: 25.0 KBWeighed 2.26 in the crappie contest on marina scales. No, I was not the lucky fisherman. It was a friend who I gave the jig. I told him that if it was crappie of the week I get half the prize money since he would not have caught it without my jig.

I did catch several with the same jig today but the biggest one was a 1.4 lb crappie which seemed small besides the monster he caught.

Probably will have to contact Steve. They are in the process of setting up the website. He has just been using Facebook until recently.

Very nice. You’re all set with some good quality jigs. That was a nice fish - what bait did you use?

They are not there yet. Steve told me he would be making images of the jig heads this weekend to add to the site. He has several versions of jig head styles and hooks.

Richard, the friend who caught them, uses minnows for slip fishing. I caught my fish on a one inch stinger from Limits Tackle that I call the "ugly duckling". It has a pumpkin like top color with a dirty yellow bottom color. It is ugly but at times the crappie love them. Yesterday was one of those times for me.

Looks like you've got lots of work ahead of you. I haven't tied in a while, but I ordered all my stuff from Crazy Angler in TX. I may have to unbox my stuff and tie some. Got two new ACC Crappie Stix delivered today.
