What a great idea, Mike! You left one item off of your checklist. CHEAP! Seriously, this is a good one!

We are all tired of losing expensive slip floats and bobbers in brush piles or damaging them on the rocks. We all want slip floats that are extremely light in weight, will float with the current, are virtually indestructible, and will support any jig from 1/64th to over 1/4 ounce jigs. My slip float is extremely visible to your eyes and fun to make in six steps that will take you all on a minute in total time to make Many times they are just not durable or able to support different size weights. You all know that I have been experimenting with solving this problem for years. Now you can make two hundred slip float bobbers for less than a nickel each. All you need is a dollar Tree pool noodle. hard plastic coffee straws, a serrated knife and a coat hanger. I would say that is pretty darn good! Here is my photos of the process. The second photo shows it will support your jigs. I welcome your comments.

I have 3 or four pool noodles in the garage for other applications but I added some coffee straws to the April grocery list to make a few! Thanks Mike and God Bless.

Somehow I just knew you would notice that "C" my friend. It was intentionally made that way and to be different from the other rectangular ones I used to make. These perform so much better in presenting the lures to the fish because of their ability to exactly mimic the current flow above to the lure below.
