Spring rains and crappie

Some heavy rain this week. Hope to hit the creek later and see what’s what.

They sure liked this one today...



A few males shallow, but not colored up.. and females getting closer.

yesterday at one spot they like real bright chart with some blue in it
the day before 100 plus miles away ....the same ritual ....interesting ....
but the guy with me yesterday hurt them in larger numbers than myself
using a smoke color with some fine flake in it
the other colors I pitched were less than stellar ......
