    Default Grizzly Jig Customer Service


    I placed an order on the 19th. Got a tracking number today saying it's supposed to start shipping today. I call to find out what happened. Only to be informed that only part of my order is going to ship. No email no call no note saying this product is backordered.

    It was only some 50$ in Jig heads and hooks for my molds.

    Tell me if I'm wrong for ranting. But for them to wait 5 days to ship half and not have the courtesy to let me know only half of it was coming. Which means I find out Tuesday or Wednesday. That is the definition of poor customer service.

    Bud, Grizzly Jig is a fantastic resource for Crappie Fishing products. I have used them as my primary vendor for the last 7-8 years without a problem. Now I have received a shipment where I ordered 10 packs of a color of BGBS to only receive 6. My receipt in the package reflected the correct charge. This is a instance not a pattern, with the Spawn on top of us they must be pulling and receiving product 24 hours a day. I actually worked in the industry but retired recently so I know a bit of what went on before the "Crappie Craze" hit. Right now it's just crazy times. Give them a pass till this becomes a pattern.

    BTW, anything passing through Memphis, TN USPS the USPS has a major problem going on there right now. Our Postmaster informed me shipments through Memphis can take a week just to unload a truck.

    I called this number 1 573-333-9866 when I received the Info that shipping label had been created. Calling them this morning is how I knew they only had part of it. Pretty sure they know how I feel.

    OK, I'm closing this thread. We don't allow any personal attacks or attack's on business of any kind. Yes, this is just simple feedback, but please provide Grizzly your feedback directly. Threads like this eventually go south, nothing at all against the op. So we had some feedback posted, I think we're good. Thanks for understanding.
