the black crappie in that lake are on beds somewhere in deep water i bet ,,,,just saying
Water temp was 58 degrees. Sunny 67 degrees. Yesterday had a cold front go through. Not sure if that affected the fish. Fished 10 feet to 40 feet. No crappie just 2 bass. Used about every color jig I had. Used minnows on some, still nothing. I wish I had ordered the slabsauce sooner. It might have made a difference. It was in my mailbox when I got home LOL.
If you are familiar with the lake, was fishing the sticks at the Tonto end. The water was very clear. Visibility was around 15 feet.
I’ll try again in a couple of weeks.

I don't. Cousin Ruth was in her 80's and insisted on making us home cooked meals. The only place we went out to eat was at a place on the west side of Globe. Her friend worked there and Ruth loved showing off her young cousins from Michigan. Don't recall the name of the place, that was close to 15 years ago. Cousin Ruth has been gone 10 years now and I sure do miss her.
