    Default Tin Jigs

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone that pours and sells tin jigs? Like the one pictured. Thanks for any help.

You got my curiosity up. What's the reason for using tin?

Some jurisdictions frown on lead — but not Mississippi. Some trout waters are very anti-lead.

That’s the only thing I can think of.

I assume the jig head is made of tin. Never heard of that before.

Embarrassed I didn't think of the lead contamination. The only other thing I thought of was less weight with the bigger profile. Pretty sure I could melt my skimmings and make something similar to that
