You could use a blender to grind up the fish remains. You already have electric, and store when not using.

I bought a cheap food processor blender from goodwill just for that very thing in my garden and compost. Many an egg shell and scraps have been chopped up in it.

Nice fish. No wonder you were needing a place to clean fish.
Maybe they will bite this one……

Thank you sir. I would feel embarrassed by posting to many fish photos. I live just ten minutes from Lake Oconee and fifteen minutes from Lake Sinclair in Georgia and I’m retired. I catch many many fish. I fish when it’s not gardening time.

    You are doing it wrong.

Inside by the sink is the way to go.... I do double bag a bucket to put entrails into and have a 2x3 plastic cutting board with groove on the edge.

A decade or two a go, my mother ask my father why he cleaned his fish inside at home but outside on his 2 week fishing trip (rented cabin). His reply was that your father (mom's dad) always cleaned them inside. So when my wife asked me the same question, I replied it is how my dad and grandfather always done it. It is especially nice after the sun goes down on the cool spring nights....

Your place looks very nice and has most of the comforts of being inside.
