Soft Plastics (how they do it)
Ever wonder the process that is used to make custom soft plastics?
Recently we were invited to Erie Advantage Custom Tackle to see how they make jigs and plastics for Walleye in the Detroit area.
They make prototype runs in small batches as shown in this video, then when they are satisfied with their mixture ratio they will make production runs.
Although they are making soft plastics for Walleye, the process is the same for any plastic they would mold.
