    Moonrunner thanks for that.

Source makes sense since the wife bought me and the Granddaughter Mystery tackle boxes for Christmas. I did not recall were I got the lure.

I was killing the crappie with this yesterday. Grand daughter caught 5 and I caught 10. It sinks. I would cast it out and do a real slow retrieve, maybe a bump every once in a while, but light bump nothing hard.

Wife didn't have one and told me I had to get her one, and I didn't know where I got it. Thanks for finding this for me, peace and tranquility returns to the house.

BobC, My first cast caught a fish. I had three cast in row catching fish. Only spent about a hour fishing to catch the 10. I was tossing it from shore across wind getting 15-20 yards a cast when the wind died. If the wind caught the lure I got some terrific hang times with lots of line out and the lure plopping in the water 10 yards downwind. Still caught fish. Granddaughter was tossing 5 to 10 yards fom shore and often right over me. But that is what grandkids are for , entertain Granddad.

Looks similar to a Rapala X Rap suspending bait. They are killer on crappie, especially those suspended over weeds

Yep I bought a boat load of them from Walmart for a $1 apiece a few years back. They also work great when fishing over rocks.
