In Texas if they check your ice chest for how many and what size the fish are ......
AND you got beer in there with them .....it aint likely
gunna end well I promise !
Sometimes they might warn you sternly .but it is more likely if you had more than 2 you are going to get a ride to see the judge .
and the boat dont have to be moving for it to occur ....just saying
none the less i wish it was cool to drink a cold one or 3 when i go out , but now days no dice for me .
the cost out weighs the pleasure here for sure if ya get ketched

Short story: he's a member a here so I want mention names..
He's fishing and gets stop by mister green jeans. Green jeans says hey I noticed your drinking a beer. He says yes sir and green asks how many... He says I brought four... drank two of them and I just opened this one. Green jeans asks.... Okay now show me the two empty cans.... He dug the empty cans out of a trash bag...greens jeans said have a nice day.
