I've had 2 stainless sinks floating around in my shop for 6 months now wanting to do just what you did. Glad to see you pull it off. Nothing like a place to clean fish made for the job. I caught Lowes 3 years ago closing out patio umbrellas for $9ea. I smoked them and use one on my current cleaning station. Not proud of my current space, I clean outboard engine parts, lawn tools, car parts, etc on the same table. Just move the cutting surface to the side while doing the dirty work. Ugh!

I even back my boat up close to it to hook battery charger up. Convenience big time.

Very nice. I had a nice one in TN and it stayed when I moved back. Height is the ticket, and mine was higher than most I’ve seen. No bending so I could clean for a much longer time without spasms.

Nice set-up. Do you compost the remains and use them for fertilizer? I've thought about it, but worry the smell.

I just bury the remains in the garden. I’m seriously considering adding one of those sink grinders to grind everything up as I clean fish or just buy a hand grinder to do that.
