Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.

I apologize guys, but I’m a little uneducated about the latest technology. So you can buy the unit in the link (Garmin) use it with a regular transducer and convert to live scope later?

Actually you can "add" Livescope (there's a port for it marked Panoptix) .... But if you have the transducer for the sonar AND the Livescope plugged in, you'll have to use a split screen or switch screens to view more than one option at a time (like map, sonar, Livescope).
The 4 ports in the back of the unit are -- Power -- NMEA -- Sonar -- Panoptix
The 4 Pre-set buttons on the front of the unit can be configured to switch or spilt screen options with one touch of that button, rather than doing it from the HOME/MENU pages.
