Always been happy with my Hitec rod holders. I’ve had them on my last 3 boats.
For spider rigging I prefer singles, tite lok is what I use currently. They take some modifications out of the box, but beats a T Bar setup in my mind, plus each individual holder is adjustable to each user. I use spyderloks for pulling though and they are great!

I have had a few of the different makes of T bar rod holders and really prefer the Hi-teks.Nice and easy to set the hook and remove the rod quickly and there also priced a bit better then some of the others.

I really like my Driftmaster Lil pros on the front of my boat and the Duos on a trolling system on the back.

I've tried a variety of rod holders over the years. I prefer Hi-Tek for spider rigging. However I mounted them to custom mounts. I like Driftmaster for pulling crankbaits from the gunwales. The higher sides prevent rods from falling out in rougher seas. Again mounted to custom mounts. I used aluminum T-Slot and mounted it to the gunwale of my boat, then made custom mounts from old tractor electronic display mounts.

I built a diy drip master knock off of drift master. You can buy the wire holders on Amazon cheap.... but I really just waited time and money.
I bought the millennium spider locks... they just can't be beat.

If I wouldn’t have built my own I would have the Hi Tek. Got a buddy with them on his boat I really like them.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.

Spyder Loks are awesome! I live in Indiana and we’re limited to 3 poles per person. I sent a message and had custom rod holders in no time. I bought extra bases and can use them for a variety of fishing techniques all over my boat. They will even handle trolling for walleye.
