Default Was WAY to windy to go Fishing

So I opted for Ketchn instead , it is always way more fun don't ya know
Went with a guide that is a good friend to one of his spots for fun .
Sent him there a few years ago and he has told me over and over how good it is .
I never actually went there though and sent him on a tip .
So today as the weather warms and he keeps saying they will leave there soon .
I said sure ,but lets not keep too many ......
We threw back anything under 12 inches and towards the end I said let's maybe stop keeping fish .....
We gave some away at the boat ramp and we had 34 in the boat when we loaded up .
I kept 15 or so and he took the rest .
Probably exceeded 200 crappie pretty easily with more than half being legal sized or better .
I used a 3 inch Go Go minnow most of the day on a 1/24 oz ballhead
Sure was windy out there ....
water temp was 55 and the fish were an even mix of Blacks ,Whites and Mohawks .
fish were holding around 6 to 10 foot deep in 8 to 14 feet of water .
wanted it drug past them really slowly
    KABOOM is the word

The jig looks really similar to one we used a week ago for some kabooming. Not a 200 kaboom tho. Your jig is close to a BG Patriot. We were using a color called Cosmic Blast by Slabonator Jigs. Even the paint on our jig heads took a beating. Thanks for the pictures.

my bud scouts a lot for his clients ,he typically knows EXACTLY where he needs to be ....yesterday was that kinda deal
in a sea of boat docks stretching 5 miles he knew the grand total of 4 that held lots of fish and out of those the 2 that held the best fish ....
just rolled up dropped the anchor and literally started ketchn first pitch
