Probably a dozen .... Less if it was made with real soft plastic
I'm referring to one individual plastic jig. What's the most crappie you've caught on one?
I caught about 14 on one yesterday. It was getting raggged but I hung up and lost it. I usually hang up or they just stop staying up on the jighead over a bunch of fish.
What's your best #?

I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Glue them to the jig head with super glue will help hold them on. I use Gorrila Glue Gel super glue.

Not sure the exact number but a friend and I caught over 100 combined one day between us, switched jigs once or twice each, then used the same jig from that trip to catch a limit each (20) plus some culls/shorts, using the same jig from the previous trip, and never switched bodies.
Never counted with plastic but with a hand tied we brought home 98 big blue gills and 35 slabs including my personal best 2 pound plus. We threw back as many female gills as the males we kept. The jig was tied by a friend, orange head with a black thread boy and blue and white marabou tail. That jig lived on to catch many more on the next trip.

Don't know how many. I always hate Putin a new one on, seems like the more they knock the new off it the more they like it.
as said with glued to hook/head over 20 maybe 30.But just sliding on hook,10-15.
Also will bite bad part off body and continue to use in this case 20-30.
If icefishing counts, 26 on a tungsten jig and plastic body. Had crappies stacked on the ice as I was catching them so fast. Most were small tho. When it slowed down I pushed them back in the hole. They all swam away alive.
