Did the brush pile give you any samples? I know there had to be a tree jig sale going on. I think I saw mine in there. It had to float down stream and land there. Was my Crappie still on the jig?

When we hook into one, we say you hooked a "Tree Pounder"!Won't eat my weedless jigs (well, not as often as it would open hook jigs, anyway)
Around here we call that critter a "tree bass" ... totally a catch & release deal for them critters.
