Chartreuse with black stripes and a bit of orange,
You can easily make them. I am attaching a video on how to make soft plastic lures. Then you just get the mold and other equipment. The yellow perch was created with 18 drops of Netcraft Florescent Chartreuse and 6 drops of Bait plastic Flourescent Green in 1/4 cup of Bait Plastic #212 soft plastic. The fins are apple barrel outdoor gloss pumpkin orange.
The green perch was created with 22 drops of Bait plastic Flourescent Green and 9 drops of Netcraft Florescent Chartreuse in 1/4 cup of Bait Plastic #212 soft plastic. The fins are apple barrel outdoor gloss pumpkin orange.
Here is the video on making soft plastic lures.

Johnny B. Ketchem has named them "KABOOM Perch." The yellow perch imitator is winning the vote by a landside. Thank you all for the encouragement.

These were officially named by Johnny B Ketchn. on crappie.com facebook. These are to be called KABOOM Yellow Perch Lures. Here is their official photo. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all who participated on this thread and gave their comments. My quest to make my perch imitator has been successful in my humble opinion.

I really like both Mike! The time you have taken to make this bait shows in the minute details. I have painted lots of perch and really like the orange you added for realism. Green is my favorite color but in this case the yellow really makes the other colors pop. Good job for sure!

Look in the lower left corner at the photo of a yellow perch someone sent to me. This photo validated the color of my yellow perch lure. I compared that color against the handcrafted yellow perch lures that I did. That KABOOM yellow perch minnow lure is pretty doggone close to the real yellow perch. Thank you Paul and Ralph for sending me that photo. I love it.

This poll is now officially closed. I took the liberty of playing with an image on the television screen to reveal the results which I think all of you already know but I just could not help myself. I loved the image on the television. I just added the lure. Ketchn (Mark) is finishing all the testing of KABOOM and will soon send me a professional photo of the lure in action or he may even just post it on this thread.
