How is everyone posting pictures on here? Ever time I go to post a picture it says the file is too large

Are you using Tapatalk to post pics?

Tapatalk makes it very easy to post pics from your phone.

Do I need to turn the “LIVE” part off on my pictures or something?

I'd dump Tapatalk and download the Crappie.com app !! Even though it's a Tapatalk connected app, it seems to work a lot better & easier for me ... plus the pics don't come out sideways when I post them via the Crappie.com app (like they were off the Tapatalk app, especially after many updates to Tapatalk & the site itself). I post them in the Testing Area Forum, just to make sure they come out in the correct orientation, then I copy/paste them to whatever post or reply they're relevant to.

Now I will admit I do not use my little Android phone for posting/messaging on this site, I use my PC because I can type with both hands ... whereas on my phone I'm a "one finger hunt/peck" kinda guy.

I know little to nothing about iPhones ... but, I'm wondering if there's a way you could downsize your pics so they'd be under the limitations of the site ??

well that would definitely help with smaller file sizes. “Live” photos is mini movie clips and also might not be supported format? I think you can edit photo and select frame and make like normal photo but not 100% sure.

Go to your camera settings in your phone and select a smaller size

3 mb is a large file , a lot of websites cant handle a file that large
drop it to 1.5 or lower and it shouldn't be a problem

Yes. Google search "iphone photo size setting" to figure out how to make adjustments.
