I love the little ones. Mostly cause they be big ones later! Shows you got a healthy lake, with a bright future. I also love making the little ones look like they're three pounders in my selfies (everyone already knows that about me though, doh). lol
Another failed attempt of catching winter crappie past friday. This time I tagged along a bass setup just in case. Next time I’ll be equipped with fish finder and rod holder for trolling and drifting. I’ll never give up, in the meantime let me show my bass lol.

What did I say “never give up”
Finally crappie of 2021. I’m so lucky, went out for bass fishing, first cast got a small bass, then a few cast later got good size crappie on 6” worm. I remembered still have crappie rig in my car from yesterday, so I went back and grab just the setup and bobbers. This is the spot I caught first 10” crappie a couple years back when I started fishing for crappie.
All and all landed about 6 good size crappie (11-13”)on 1/16oz popeye jig with a tail of trout worm, all released.

Lots a great pics. Thank you all for sharing. This week my family selected Mmirg's picture. Congrats. But remember, it's not about the prize, its about the sharing of fish pics. We love pictures, especially Crappie ones.
Mmirg please PM me your mailing address and I'll send you out a Crappie.com Hat. Thanks for playing. And remember, I'll continue this weekly as long as there interest and participation. Thanks. A new thread will be started for this coming week shortly.
