Default New from Cornfield Crappie Gear.

I told Mark at Cornfield Crappie Gear that bending over my Garmin 126sv was killing my repaired back and I needed to be able to raise it. I also asked that it be able to fold down for transport.

Mark came up with a wonderful solution. I didn’t wait for the pole to be powder coated since I have lots of items that are bare aluminum on my bow deck. The pole is about 18” tall in down position to about 30” all the way up. I can change screen functions without having to bend over. At the end of the day, that means a lot on my
    old back.

Justin (Finiman), Rickie(rnvinc), and I went to Rend Lake with my Storm Cat to break everything in. The fishing was much slower than last week but our shake-down was a success.

I have zero info on how much the extension pole will sell for or when it will be available. I took a life jacket and wrapped the Garmin with it laying on the deck for trailering. I’m really happy with it. It’s going to be a game changer!Name: IMG_1475.jpg

That's pretty cool. I have the adjustable height bridge mount model, I wish it would fold down like that. It sure would make putting the cover on the boat a whole lot easier.

I stopped by their shop 1 1/2 weeks ago. Even though its was late Friday afternoon (beer 30), Mark gave us the grand tour and even fired up a CNC machine so we could see how they work. Every product displayed excellent quality.
